SCOTT MADSEN
CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER
Scott is Terracotta’s Construction Site Manager. Born in California, Scott moved to Georgia in 1991 and found great joy in building homes while on mission trips during high school. Shortly after graduating and attending Kennesaw State University, Scott stepped foot into the home remodeling business, working primarily on basement and kitchen renovations. Throughout this time, he volunteered for many causes including Hurricane Katrina, where he spent time in Mississippi and Louisiana helping to re-build homes for those in need.
Since joining Terracotta in 2010, Scott has enjoyed the diversity of projects and the opportunity to work closely with the design team on highly detailed custom homes. Drawing from his previous experiences and his inherent high-standards for quality, Scott works directly with Maurie on the day-to-day management of Terracotta’s renovation & new construction projects. Outside of Terracotta, Scott lives in Dallas, Georgia with his wife, two kids and their two Labradors Elsa and Lincoln.
During his free time, Scott coaches Nolan's baseball team, and supports Mackenzie while she plays volleyball. You can often find Scott at the beach or Walt Disney World. As of recently, Scott and his family have become advocates for childhood cancer awareness.
